Airport flat-fare
A government-set fixed price for licensed yellow taxis between Athens International Airport and addresses inside the Athens municipal boundary.
The airport flat-fare is a regulated taxi price for journeys between Athens International Airport (ATH) and any address inside the Athens municipal boundary. It is €40 by day (05:00–24:00) and €55 by night (00:00–05:00). The fare covers up to 4 passengers and includes tolls and luggage.
Key restriction: it only applies inside the Athens boundary. Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Kifissia, Marousi, Piraeus and most coastal suburbs are outside, which means meter pricing applies. A meter ride from the airport to Glyfada typically costs €55–€75, to Piraeus €60–€80.
A private transfer offers a fixed price regardless of which suburb you are travelling to.
