Luxi is a Greek transfer marketplace connecting travellers with professional, verified private-transfer drivers across the mainland. We started after one too many stories of guests being overcharged at the Athens Airport rank, drivers no-showing on pre-booked routes, and tour operators wasting an afternoon on the phone trying to recover a botched pickup.
Our drivers are vetted before they appear on the platform — commercial passenger licence, vehicle KTEO inspection, current commercial insurance. Pricing is always fixed and quoted in advance. Communication is in English (and several other languages, per driver).

Flight tracking included
Every airport pickup includes inbound flight tracking and 60 minutes of free wait time. Your clients are met inside arrivals; you’re not phoned at 02:00.
Group-size flexibility
Sedans 1–3 pax, premium 1–4, vans 1–8, minibuses up to 16. Honest about luggage capacity per vehicle — we don’t play the “3 large cases in a Skoda Octavia” game.
Children & accessibility
Free child seats on request (infant, toddler, booster). Vans with wheelchair access available in Athens and Thessaloniki with 48-hour notice.
Invoice consolidation
Monthly consolidated invoicing available for agencies booking 10+ transfers per month. Itemised, VAT-inclusive, exportable as PDF or CSV.

Apply
Send a short application via the form below — agency name, ABTA/IATA number (or local equivalent), typical booking volume and the destinations your clients ask about. We review every application personally.

Get net-rate access
Once approved (typically within 2 business days), you receive your agent login. The standard catalogue includes 60+ destinations and 100+ pre-quoted routes; bespoke routes return a fixed quote within an hour.

Quote and book your clients
Use the agent dashboard to quote new routes, hold space on existing routes, and confirm bookings. Each confirmed booking generates a client-ready voucher (your branding optional) and a driver-side dispatch ticket.

Net payment, monthly reconciliation
Pay the net rate at confirmation (card, SEPA or invoice depending on volume). At month-end you receive a single consolidated statement of all transfers, ready for your accounting.
Questions agents ask before signing up
Net rates sit roughly 12–22% below the public retail price depending on the route and volume tier. You set your own retail mark-up — we don’t cap it.
Yes. We routinely quote 5- to 10-day Peloponnese or northern-Greece itineraries with the same driver throughout. Multi-day bookings include the driver’s accommodation per Greek labour law — we factor it into the net.
Yes — upload your logo and brand colours in the agent dashboard and every client-facing communication will use them. Driver-side dispatch tickets stay neutral.
A backup driver is dispatched automatically. If we cannot replace within 30 minutes of pickup time, the booking is refunded at 100% and we credit your account an additional 15% goodwill margin.
Yes for agencies booking 100+ transfers per month. The REST API covers quote, confirm, modify, cancel and webhook status updates. Documentation provided on request.
All mainland Greece — Attica, Peloponnese, Central Greece, Thessaly, Epirus, Macedonia and Thrace. Plus the major Aegean islands accessible by road-and-ferry from a mainland port. Islands without road access are out of scope.
