Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making Luxi usable for everyone, the current state of conformance, and how to flag a barrier.

Last updated: 24 May 2026

1. Our commitment

Luxi is committed to making luxi.gr accessible to as wide an audience as possible, including travellers with visual, motor, hearing or cognitive disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across all public-facing pages.

2. Current conformance status

Most public pages on luxi.gr conform to WCAG 2.1 AA with the known limitations listed in section 4. We do not yet claim AAA conformance.

Last audit: May 2026, by our internal team using a combination of automated tools (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and manual testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).

3. Accessibility features implemented

4. Known limitations

5. Assistive technologies tested

6. How to report an accessibility barrier

If something on luxi.gr isn't working for you, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as high priority and respond within 2 business days.

If your booking is in the next 24 hours and you cannot complete it because of an accessibility barrier, call the support line and we will complete the booking on your behalf.

7. Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (if the matter involves personal data) or to the relevant Greek consumer-protection authority. For EU residents, the European Disability Forum maintains a list of national accessibility-complaint bodies.

8. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing programme, not a one-off project. We conduct internal audits twice a year, action all reports received via the channels above, and revisit known limitations every quarter. This statement is updated at least annually.
