I need to change my pickup time or date

Reply to your booking confirmation email or use the dashboard. Free changes more than 24 h before pickup; small fee inside that window. See modifications.

My driver hasn't arrived

Wait at the agreed pickup point. Most drivers are within 5 minutes of scheduled time. If you can't see them after 15 minutes, call the driver number on your confirmation, then dispatch on +30 210 123 4567.

My flight is delayed

Don't do anything — we track inbound flights automatically and the driver will adjust. 60-minute free wait window after landing is included.

I need to cancel a booking

Reply to your confirmation email with "cancel". Refund depends on timing — see the cancellation policy. Free cancellation in qualifying force-majeure cases.

I left something in the car

Email [email protected] within 7 days with your booking reference and a description. Returns to Greek addresses are free.

I want a refund or have a complaint

Email [email protected] with booking reference and description. Acknowledged within 2 business days, resolved within 14.

I need an invoice or receipt

A VAT-inclusive PDF receipt is emailed automatically at booking confirmation. For a re-issue or extra fields (company name, VAT number), email [email protected].
