Luxi is a marketplace platform that connects tourists with professional transfer drivers across mainland Greece. We facilitate the connection between passengers and drivers but do not directly provide transportation services.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Booking and Transfers
Luxi facilitates quote requests between tourists and drivers. The actual transfer agreement is between the tourist and the driver. Luxi is not a party to this agreement and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or pricing of any transfer service.
5. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers registered on the platform must maintain valid professional licenses, vehicle insurance, and comply with all applicable Greek laws and regulations regarding passenger transportation. Drivers are independent professionals and not employees of Luxi.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are agreed between passengers and drivers. We encourage both parties to communicate promptly regarding any changes to scheduled transfers.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in any activity that could harm other users or the integrity of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luxi acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for the actions, quality of service, or conduct of drivers or passengers. All transfers are conducted under the responsibility of the licensed driver. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
9. Privacy
Your use of Luxi is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
