1. General disclaimer
The content on luxi.gr is provided for general information and convenience only. While we work to keep the information accurate and current, Luxi makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any information, product or service on the site for any purpose.
2. Indicative pricing
All prices, fares, distance estimates and travel times mentioned in blog posts, route pages, destination pages and the airport-pricing page are indicative at the time of publication. The only binding price is the fixed quote you receive at the time of booking from a verified Driver. Indicative prices may differ from booking quotes due to season, demand, fuel cost, regulatory changes and the specific pickup/drop-off addresses chosen.
3. No professional advice
Editorial content on luxi.gr (blog posts, glossary entries, destination guides) is written by travel-industry practitioners and is intended as general guidance. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, medical, financial or professional travel-agency advice. For visa requirements, vaccination requirements, customs rules, currency declarations and similar matters, consult the relevant official authorities of your country of origin and destination.
4. Driver information
We verify each Driver’s documents before approval (driving licence, vehicle registration, KTEO inspection, commercial passenger insurance). We do not, however, guarantee continued validity between verification cycles. If you have a specific safety concern about a Driver assigned to your booking, contact [email protected] immediately.
5. Third-party links

Luxi does not control the content of external websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or accuracy. The presence of a link is not an endorsement.
6. User-generated content
Where applicable, opinions, reviews or comments published by users do not reflect Luxi’s views. Luxi may, but is not obliged to, moderate user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Geographic scope
Luxi services are offered in mainland Greece and on the major Aegean islands accessible by road-and-ferry from a mainland port. Routes outside this scope (other islands without road access, other countries) are not offered, even if the search form accepts them as input. If you submit a quote request outside scope you will receive a no-availability response.
