Welcome to Luxi. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Luxi operates as a marketplace connecting travelers with independent professional drivers for private transfer services across mainland Greece.

2. Platform Role

Luxi is a marketplace platform. We do not provide transportation services directly. Transportation services are provided by independent drivers who use our platform to connect with travelers. The contract for transportation is between you and the driver.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Booking and Quotes

  • Quotes provided by drivers are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual conditions.
  • Confirmation of booking requires acceptance of the driver's quote.
  • Payment terms are arranged directly between you and the driver.
  • Cancellation policies vary by driver and should be confirmed before booking.

5. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers on our platform are required to:

  • Hold valid professional driving licenses
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Keep vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition
  • Provide professional, courteous service

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking
  • Arrive on time for scheduled pickups
  • Treat drivers with respect
  • Pay agreed-upon fares
  • Follow vehicle rules and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

Luxi is not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, or conduct of drivers or users. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Luxi, if any. Transportation services are provided "as is" by independent drivers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Luxi platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Luxi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of Luxi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
