Booking
How do I book a transfer?
Simply search for your route on our homepage, select a driver that matches your needs, and submit a quote request. The driver will respond with a price quote, and you can confirm directly with them.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak tourist season. However, many drivers offer same-day service if you provide adequate notice (usually 4-6 hours minimum).
Can I book a round trip?
Yes! You can request a quote for a round trip by sending two separate requests or mentioning it in the notes. Many drivers offer discounts for round-trip bookings.
What if my flight is delayed?
Most drivers monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. Include your flight number in your booking request so the driver can track your arrival.
Pricing & Payment
How is the price determined?
Prices are set by individual drivers based on distance, vehicle type, and time of day. You receive a quote before confirming, so there are no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The quote you receive includes all costs. However, tolls (if applicable) may be additional and will be communicated upfront.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly with the driver. Most accept cash (EUR) and some accept card payments. Confirm payment methods when receiving your quote.
Drivers & Vehicles
Are drivers verified?
Yes, all drivers on our platform undergo verification. We check professional licenses, insurance, and vehicle documentation before approval.
What types of vehicles are available?
We offer Standard sedans, Premium sedans (Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5-series), Luxury vehicles, Vans (up to 7 passengers), and Minibuses (up to 16 passengers).
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes! Each driver profile shows their vehicle details. Choose a driver with the vehicle type that suits your needs.
Do drivers speak English?
Most drivers on our platform speak English. Language skills are listed on each driver profile so you can choose accordingly.
Service
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of mainland Greece, including major cities (Athens, Thessaloniki), archaeological sites (Delphi, Meteora, Olympia), airports, and ports. We do not cover islands.
Can I make stops along the way?
Yes, many drivers offer customized itineraries with stops. Mention your preferences in the quote request and the driver will accommodate or quote accordingly.
Is there a meet & greet service?
Yes, for airport and port pickups, drivers typically offer meet & greet service with a name sign at arrivals.
